Uni-Italia @ IMFS Global Edufest 2019
Ms. Stefania Costanza, Consul General of Italy in Mumbai and Ms. Federica Giove, Project Manager from Uni-Italia Headquarter in Italy, Rome along with Ms. Leeann D’Souza, Representative from Uni-Italia Office in Mumbai participated in the 7th Edition of IMFS (Institute of Management & Foreign Studies) Global Edufest on Sunday, 13th October 2019 held at The Westin, Garden City Goregaon in Mumbai.
IMFS aims at providing students with the opportunity to study abroad at the best of the universities, globally. The Global Edufest hosted by IMFS is one of the biggest education fests of the year and is a crucial bridge between a large talent pool of students from India and prestigious international universities.
The event commenced by the Lighting of the Lamp, by Ms. Federica Giove - Project Manager from Uni-Italia Headquarter in Italy, Mrs. Mita Singh - the First Lady of IMFS, Ms. Sarita Sinha - General Manager of IMFS, Ms. Deborah Vartak – General Manager of IMFS, Ms. Priyanka Shetty – Executive Assistant to Managing Director and the In-Charge of Special Projects of IMFS and Ms. Neha Sarogi - Entrepreneur and Project Head of EduTech India, to grace the inauguration of this auspicious event.
Ms. Stefania Costanza, Consul General of Italy in Mumbai conducted a seminar on the high level of quality education and scope of studying in Italy with a backbone of its world class universities, excellent faculties, and numerous courses imparted totally in English, and of Italy’s Heritage and Culture covering topics on the updated rankings in educational, economic and tourism sectors.
Seminars were held throughout the day by various universities from USA, the British Council and Prof. K.P. Singh the CEO and Founder of IMFS.
Over 60+ universities from USA, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, along with the Italian Consulate and Uni-Italia opened a pathway by offering valuable information with one-on-one students and parents meetings on higher education, to over 6.000 aspirant students who came from various campuses and specializations spanning literature, Mass Communications, Engineering, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology and Business Management to name a few, visited the university booths. For them, IMFS Global EduFest is their window to the skies filled with opportunities to meet their aspiration for an international education! And, Uni-Italia stands as one amongst them with a zeal to open doors and lead students to experience Italian Higher Education promising them to have a bright future ahead.
